LaFave Law was founded by trial attorney Jeff LaFave who has been providing high quality legal representation to clients in San Diego and Southern California for over 30 years. Further, while some firms try to quickly seek arbitration or a “cheap” settlement to avoid costs and to avoid a potential trial, LaFave Law is different. We are real trial lawyers, not just litigators. We pursue each matter aggressively to achieve the best possible result, through whatever legal means are necessary.
We also excel in client service and individual attention. We limit the number of cases we accept in order to ensure that each client receives the kind of individualized attention they deserve. Each case is managed directly by Jeff, not a paralegal, like at some plaintiffs’ firms. We will personally spend time with each client to initially review their case, and after it is accepted, to continue working with the client at each step of the way during the prosecution of the case. Because of this approach, we often achieve results far in excess of our client’s initial expectations.
